Whether you are going for a walk for a few hours, a day hike, a fast hiking trip, or for several days with your equipment on your back, we have the backpack you need!
THE CHOICE OF YOUR BACKPACK IS BASED ON 3 CRITERIA: THE LENGTH OF YOUR GETAWAY, THE DROP THAT YOU ARE GOING TO ENCOUNTER AND THE VOLUME YOU NEED.
Before choosing your backpack, ask yourself the following questions: ~“How long exactly do I want to hike?” ~“What kind of terrain will I encounter? Does it have a lot of vertical drop? ”~“Will I have to carry equipment from other hikers (eg children)?” ~“Am I going to hike in complete autonomy or stop in lodges and make stops?”

These questions resolved, you can associate your needs with different hiking practices and therefore different bags.
Whichever you choose, make sure you choose a backpack that has ample storage and fits your own organization. Some like to use the hip belt pockets, others don't, etc. Then make sure that the bag has all the adjustment features to ensure optimal comfort. For long walks, prefer bags with reinforcements in the back, a waist strap, a chest strap, load restoring straps at the shoulders and also an adjustable back in length to really adapt to you. Finally, prefer a light vacuum bag to spare your back as much as possible.
Important:Take the time to try on your bag in store by loading it with equipment to appreciate its portability and comfort. You can also borrow different bags from your friends to test them, filled, in the field. The bedding is to be adapted according to your size or your habits. An adult can carry about 25% of their weight on their back. Be careful not to exceed this limit otherwise you will weaken your back.
